Cancellation, Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
At Pahadi, we take pride in sourcing only the finest Ghee from our network of local families in the Himalayan villages. Due to the unique nature of our sourcing process and our commitment to delivering freshly made products directly from the foothills, we regret to inform you that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once a purchase has been made. Therefore, no refunds.
However, we assure our valued customers that each packet of Ghee is crafted with care and dedication, ensuring the highest quality and authenticity. Our focus on supporting local communities and promoting sustainable practices means that every purchase you make contributes to a meaningful cause.
